An important part of the Master programme is the 'REA' internship. The initials 'REA' stand for the three phases of the project: RESEARCH-EXPERIENCE-ACTION.
The terms 'Research' and 'Action' are inspired by the concept of action research; students conduct their research in host companies, dealing with situations in which decisions should be made and the necessary action taken.
'Experience' refers to the input and methodological support provided by trainers during the first two phases of the project, and in drawing up a research proposal and compiling the final report.
