ISIDA came to life as the brainchild
of Gabriele Morello, who was Director of the Institute until 2004.
His aim was to create a training centre for young graduates,
modelled along the lines of leading Schools of Business
Administration in the United States, that would bridge
the learning gaps between traditional university education
and the training required to successfully run a company.
Since then, ISIDA has worked to improve management education,
and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of private
and public companies through the contribution of human
capital.
